Pedestrian and Cycling Pathway - Repair - WAM at 1092 16 Av NE

I know this is a problem location because of CP immediately beside but it's a location for pooling water every time it rains or melts. If there's any way to raise the pathway in such a way that water drains either into CP ballast or toward either end of the underpass and off the path, it really needs to be looked at
