Impossible to keep city sidewalk clear of ice because the snow on the road is higher than the sidewalk. This is from 30 Cardiff Drive NW to 42 Cardiff Drive. This year a City Dump Truck with a street scrapper did a token snow plow - the park side was done and about six feet away from the sidewalk on the residents sidewalk. So there was a lot of snow left built up to melt.
