No stopping sign is missing an arrow to indicate stopping is not permitted either side of this sign. It is a marked bike lane along the full length of the building. Of note, since these new businesses have opened, parking in the bike lane is now common place. Particularly for delivery drivers. A painted bike lane is inadequate to prevent/deter that behaviour.
