Catch Basin / Storm Drain Concerns at 200 Castleridge Cl NE

Snow melt is not draining. It is moving across the street and flooding the sidewalk. When temperature drops, it creates an unexpected slush/ice pack. We've watched it for a number of days and it's growing larger.
