Continuous flow of water for weeks. Not in a park, please forward to Waterworks or Bylaw. There is a broken water supply line approx. 16" below ground. A cavity has formed. Constitutes water wastage and a potential hazard to pedestrians. Please get property owners to make repairs as necessary.
