The concrete fence line/barrier restricts visibility south side of intersection/corner at 11 ave & 12 st SE corner. Zero sightlines for user to an unsafe manner for the bike way. In a tall vehicle you cannot see bikes coming up the bike way until you are into the bike way. In a short vehicle it is even worse.It is unsafe for users of the bike way.
