Pedestrian and Cycling Pathway - Repair at 885 42 Av SE

Previous repair is failing (Sinking). Usually the parts department does a great job on repairs like this but this repair isn't very great. It's pretty uneven because it looks like the asphalt was just plopped in and wasn't rolled and there are areas now sinking like in the photo. Just east of stage West on 42 Ave pathway
