Parks in Mahogany blue park filled with grass / foxtails growing (all 3 gardens) some love, mulch and proper edging could be used.
Issue: Flower / Shrub maintenance
Describe the concern in detail: Gardens had shrubs and plants, they were torn out and grass allowed to semi grow in, foxtails took over. Be nice to have the nice shrubs planted back that were there originally to be nice gardens again
