Backlane gravel removal.

Specific details of the issue: We have a paved back lane that borders deerfoot trail off Mt Lorette. The past two years the city has put gravel rocks through the lanes but has not swept them up like the front streets. The gravel is excessive and nuisance to drive on or for kids ti bike on and makes it difficult to pull the garbage bins down for pickup. It's a paved land and should be cleared in spring time just like the front paved streets. Notice is needed so households move cars and trailers.
