Sprinkler Maintenance in a Park-WAM at Spruce Cliff Park, 608 Poplar Rd SW

this park needs some TLC - many many dirt patches, over abondance of weed - a thistle is still a prickly mess to step on even if it is mowed off. - can we get a compost soil over cast and some grass seed.... and with our community population on limited park space some water in this park to counter the heavy foot traffic?
