No left turn when ctrains are crossing and pedestrians cannot cross 17th Ave SW either side. Needs to be changed ASAP

Describe Issue: For over a decade, there's still no left turn traffic light when a ctrain is crossing to or from Sirocco station. If Simcoe Blvd turning left onto westbound 17th Ave has a left turn light for when trains cross, so should this intersection. Put yourselves in our shoes, it's the morning rush hour and train after train crosses and you're trying to get to work and/or school. Can't cross the road, can't drive anywhere and are idling. How would you feel in that scenario?
