Zig zag pathway through city owned green space is in rough shape.
Issue: Flower / Shrub maintenance
Describe the concern in detail: The pathway itself was patched in the Spring and now weeds are growing everywhere in the patches. Bushes are overrun with weeds and lots of the potentillas are dead or dying. The bench looks into a wall of greenery and is surrounded by weeds.
