Dead grass. Prolific weeds.
Issue: Turf repair
Describe the concern in detail: Grass in the park is not watered and has been overtaken by weeds. Other parks in the city have well manicured grass, why is our park not taken care of? The weeds are spreading to properties and the boulevard is in the same condition as the park.
