Issue: Roadmarking (Add or Modify)

Details of request: This road within Edworthy Park is poorly marked and not well enforced. On busy weekends it would be impossible for an ambulance/fire services. Cars sometimes wait up to 2 hours to get in or out of area. Signs are needed so cars don't parallel park on narrow section and signs needed to only allow parking on one side of the road. Parking on both sides of this narrow road make it impassible.

Specific location details: This is on the lower park road west of parking lot, within South side of the park.
