Shrubs, Flowers, Leaves Maintenance in a Park-WAM at 58 Somme Bv SW

There appears to be an infestation of mites in the Somme blvd sw park. They were emerging from a crack in the edging of park across from me as if they had just hatched. Have never seen them here before and understand they can be quite invasive
