Pedestrian and Cycling Pathway - Repair - WAM at 440 29 St SW

Pathway repair - dangerous gravel being used. I would likento point out that the repairs being done on the Quarry RD Trail are being done with incredibly dangerous gravel. This material is crushed/ cracked rock that is sharp and oversized and is not being packed properly. This makes the surface unstable and like marbles. Bike tires either skid across or sink in. Footing is not stable. Who chose and approved this?
