Issue: Uneven Surface / Cracks

Specific details of the issue: Spanning entire right lane, looks like an inverse speed bump, road has recessed significantly. Appears to have been patched with small amount asphalt previously but have observed all vehicles taking hard hit when traversing affected area. No way to avoid except to be in left lane (unaffected)

Specific location details: Located in the right lane of northbound centre street, near streetlight with 78th Ave sign (see photo)
