Nature of Concern: Heaving / Sinking Sidewalk
Type of Sidewalk: Concrete
Specific Details: When sidewalk was installed in 2004 it was not level and water is settling in the middle of the walk causing icy conditions in the spring and fall. Very hazardous condition for pedestrians. I have been using salt as a temp fix. Report 687635
