A few years ago the city did some work in the area and removed a section of the concrete sidewalk and temporarily replaced it with asphalt. We were told it would fixed back to concrete, but it has been few years and it is still no completed. It is also a tripping hazard as the asphalt is an inch lower than bordering two sides of concrete. It is very difficult to remove the snow and ice in the winters off the area. Can you replace before this win?
