Can we seriously stop debating who?s responsibility this is to get this cut down around this fire hydrant. IT IS A CITY FIRE HYDRANT not provincial parks. The street side also has a city garbage can there and city streetlights. Can we send someone out to cut this grass down along this area from one end to the other and maintain this year after year? So far it is no one?s responsibility which is COMPLETE BULLSHIT!! The city installs fire hydrants in a public park and doesn?t cut down the grass?
