In a Park - Litter Pick Up or Overflowing Park Bins-WAM at Calgary Southwest Calgary Ab

Piles of clothes and garbage (cans, food containers) along the top of the hill of Royal Sunalta Park. I walk this park almost every day and there is always garbage, bottles, cans and often drug paraphernalia. Since the benches were out in at the top of the park the garbage situation has been an ongoing thing. Children walk through to school and to play in the park. Drugs, drinking and sleeping common. There are no garbage cans up there so it?s just left. Very frustrating at times dangerous
