Fire Hydrant Concerns at 108 Chaparral Valley View SE

JUST IN CASE THE FIRST SUBMISSION WAS MISSED. Can the City of Calgary in all its taxpayer might send out a couple of MONKEYS IN A TRUCK to stare at this fire hydrant in the picture and wonder how it appeared there. Maybe if there was an emergency and the fire department couldn?t see this let alone use the hydrant due to overgrowth of weeds and crap on a city owned piece of property it would become a liability. Oh ohhh? LIABILITY. Here?s proof in the pics. maybe we could get the WHEAT cut down?
