SAFETY CONCERN: Please remove metal bleachers that are placed in front of kids toboggan hill.

Describe the concern. Lager metal bleachers are placed right in front of hill that is popular for kids to go sledding down. Kids can get very hurt if they were to accidently hit the back of the bleachers on their sled. Can the bleachers be moved during the winter?
