There's a set of 4 streetlights in a row on Collingwood Rd and Canberra Rd that consistently won't come on. The request goes in, gets fixed two months later and stops working again within the week. There must be damage the operator is not finding. The lights have been out for the majority of the year because of this. At one point the southern most light had an open panel at the bottom.
