Fence Concern in a Park-WAM at 100 Brightondale Cl SE

Fence around playground- no work happening
Describe the concern. This fence has been up for weeks as the grounding was "fixed". The last time anyone was on site was mid October. It would be nice if this is completed before the snow so the kids aren't blocked off the park all winter.
