Open fence in dog park. Looks Like someone tried to fix it with zip ties at the bottom, but dogs can still get through.
Describe the concern. Open fence in dog park. Dogs could run out to Andersen Road and 14th. 2023/11/13 DT INFRASTRUCTURE-- Please forward to Roads department. This fence is not a Parks asset.
