In a Park - Litter Pick Up or Overflowing Park Bins-WAM at 151 Copperleaf Cr SE

Bin has been chained to only only a small amount. People are now dumping dog poop bags. Those of us who pick up litter jn this area are furious. This chain needs to be removed. Nobody wants to get their hands dirty with the small opening. You can't even get a bag of McDonald's thought the hole!!!!
