Large rocks on south side of Garry Crescent ne, where it connects to Trelle Dr NE.

Specific Details of issue: There was one of the rocks actually a foot over the curb. The picture was a few days old, but I notice going by a torn bumper now in the lawn behind the rocks now. I don't know if on city property or not, but those rocks should be back 2 feet .

Specific Location Details: Several rocks are on the south side of Garry Crescent and Trelle dr NE. Very steep slope vehicles do slide into that curb. The city doesn't sand right away as not a priority.
