Snow and a 1/2 foot of water at the handicapped parking zone in front of the strip mall that houses Cadence Coffee. These Businesses pay taxes. This is pushed over from the city plows and they never came back to clear it. Please send a plow tonight to fix this?!!! Bowness Road on the south side of the street where it doesn't have sunlight to dry it up. Really this is ridiculous and will call a News Crew / Media the next time I'm trying to maneuver thru this.

Specific details of issue: Bowness road was plowed and whoever did it pushed all the snow in drifts to the south side.

Specific location details: Handicapped zone is full of deep slush, snow and water. That whole side needs to be plowed. It's unacceptable.
