There are 2 lights on 12 St NE crossing the bridge over memorial drive. In 2022 there was a dual turn lane to turn east onto Memorial, however in 2023 this was removed. Due to only one lane being able to turn, and the lights timed incorrectly, the traffic backs up. Both lights need to stay green longer to let more traffic flow. Traffic backs up at 12 St NE and St Georges drive because no one can advance on a green light. This is absolutely ridiculous with 1 ave closed today it was IMPOSSIBLE to
