Catch Basin / Storm Drain Concerns at 301 12 Ave NW Northwest Calgary

Water is not draining and pooled up at the corner of the intersection. Pedestrians are unable to get on to the sidewalk safely and need to walk around the water interfering with cars on the road. Cars are making wide turns to avoid the water and is crossing into the opposite lane.
