Lots of mud on road. Traffic slows to get through it all. Road hazard there is so much of it. Plus, will fill up local sewers.

Specific Details of issue: Mud from adjacent construction site
Specific Location Details: Being tracked onto road by equipment. Saw company called "Professional Excavators & Construction" filling street with mud from their equipment tires.
