Tree Maintenance - City Owned-WAM at 1945 49 Av SW

House 1945 49 Ave SW. tree is huge and extends over rooftop. Also we have sap everywhere in spring/summer that has caused damage on cars when we park in front. Branches extend over roof and we also just got the roof reshuffled due to Hail storm in July 2023.
