Snow On City-maintained Pathway or Sidewalk-WAM (OLD SR) at 7251 Country Hills Bv NW

I have asked over and over again on 311 for the ravine pathway to get shovelled. 1/2 gets done but not the other 1/2 which makes NO SENSE!! I would like a supervisor to contact me on why every request gets a "complete" when it is DEFINITELY not complete!!! Today I went out with my shovel and made a path myself. That's 1/2 km one way then back. Sadly it's snowed more and I should NOT have to shovel a path myself!!!!! Again I have done 311 over and over again. Call from supervisor!!
