Snow On City-maintained Pathway or Sidewalk-WAM (OLD SR) at 1817 14 A St SW

They "cleared" the pathway beside our building in front of a green space. The path is barely cleared off, actually making it harder to traverse. They also ripped up the grass underneath in the mean time. Extremely disappointing to see the half done job.. well also destroying green space. They never actually clear this snow and it's all built up ice and snow... then when they do attempt to clear it, it's not a job well done. It has become a not safe sidewalk to traverse.
