Snow On City-maintained Pathway or Sidewalk-WAM at 1405 2 St SW

Contractor appears to be pushing snow into bike lane from sidewalk. Bike lane had been plowed along the length between 12 Ave and 26 Ave SW but sidewalk in 1400 block west side cleared after and pathway was impassible. Lots of room on the sidewalk to pile the snow without blocking pathway. Yellow sand box on front labelled Pro Property Services
