Every year we complain, every year the city comes and "fixes it" and yet here we are again with an impassable alley with a puddle, mud and ruts so deep cars get stuck/damaged. Time to have this alley professionally surveyed and fixed as it's evident that simply filling in the hole is not fixing the issue.
