Issue: Lock or Unlock Gate to Road / Backlane

Provide Specific Details of the Issue: Fence has needs to be locked again . I have pictures of the garbage guy coming through and not locking it . Post needs to be re-cemented into the ground as it will not allow the gate to rest on its stop properly .
