Catch Basin / Storm Drain Concerns at 17 Chapalina Manor SE Chaparral

Catch basin was raised, However the catch basin was not properly installed. A mixture of gravel and asphalt was use to fill in around the catch basin. For the most part the opening between the basin should have enclosed with concrete matching the driveway.
