In a Park - Litter Pick Up or Overflowing Park Bins-WAM at Arbour Lk Hts NW Arbour Lake Calgary

I have been trying to request a city garbage can in green space between houses 159 & 184 Arbour Lake Hts since last year. I was given run around by developer hopewell to city and back. Hopewell requested i reach out to city this spring as it will be under city juresdiction from spring 2024. Can someone please take this issue seriously. There are no garbage cans in this park. There are picnic benches and nowhere to throw garbage. Dog owners use this park..nowhere to throw waste. PLEASE HELP!!
