Specific Details: I just finished paying in my taxes for a new sidewalk in front of my house. How can a survey company drill into the sidewalk for their equipment, compromising the integrity of the concrete and graffiti in orange spay paint with no regard?

Specific Location: Listing my house for $900k next week and have this crap happening in the entrance to my house. Ridiculous.
