Potholes, uneven back lane that require gravel leveling.

Specific details of the issue: Back alley require city to maintain and level up the ground. It is currently causing water to pool during rainfall or snow melt. Resulting inability for residents to get out and throw garbage in the bins because the surrounding is flooded. This is a safety concern for slip and fall hazard. Similarly, upon freezing, people are slipping on ice. The low areas are causing issues for vehicles as it ruins the suspension. This issue has be reported for the last 2 years and the city has not action as part of their maintenance program. Please address this issue and prioritize as this years program.
