Please place a sign that indicates paved paths in an off leash area are not off leash. As you can see this sign would lead a dog owner to believe they can have their dog off leash in this entire are as it is posted in front of the paved path.

Describe the concern in detail: I encountered 2 dogs off leash on the path just today but do so every day. When I ask owners to leash their dog they refuse and tell me they are in an off leash area.
