Section of sidewalk sunk such that it is a tripping hazard.
Nature of Concern: Heaving / Sinking Sidewalk

Specific Details: Looks like a newly poured section. It has sunk below the older sections before and after such that I am tripping on it.
Specific Location: Right in front of 114a/114b
