Issue: Uneven Surfaces / Cracks

Specific details of the issue: The pavement is really cracking and chipping and a big line across our street is heaving and getting worse. Along the sidewalk there are tons of cracks and pieces heaving. Water also sits in front of our along the curb in front of our house and it doesn't drain well to the drain
