Large chunk of sidewalk is destroyed and sticking out at an angle
Nature of Concern: Heaving / Sinking Sidewalk

Specific Details: Sidewalk has been destroyed by large trucks going in and out of driveway. I was riding an escooter and hitting this would have ruined my day
