Photo shows Shopping Carts have been pushed off the sidewalk down the hill adjacent to the bus stop. This is a common practice! Clean up crews frequently remove carts from this very same location. People push the carts to the bus stop and leave them or deliberately push them down the hill. I have witnessed the carts being left at the bus stop and later a crowd of "young things" deliberately and maliciously pushing the carts off the sidewalk. Solution is Shop keepers should charge $1/cart.
