Thank you for repairing these lights about a month ago. Unfortunately, the homeless guy who is sleeping in there didn't appreciate the bright lights at night, so he has torn them down from the ceiling. Can we get these fixed in a way that the homeless won't destroy them? This underpass is extremely unsafe without lighting!

Any other location details: I can't stress enough how unsafe this underpass is. I went through there about 3 months ago and a homeless guy tried to tackle me. It's extremely dark in there at night and there are tripping hazard
