Shift No Parking/Loading Zone sign to improve large vehicle egress from alleyway.

Issue: Permanent Sign (Add or Modify)

Details of request: Waste removal trucks/large commercial vehicles have challenges exiting the alleyway. The issue stems from not having enough clearance to complete their turns due to a parked vehicle within the turning radius. As a result, turns take ~minute due to the amount of times the vehicle has to stop, reverse, and turn without damaging nearby parked vehicles; which is dangerous to property, and holds up traffic. Solution is to shift 'No Parking' zone east to give these vehicles a better turning radius.
