Specific details of the issue: Hello, our main access road desperately needs to be graded. Some potholes are 40 inches in width and up to 8 inches in depth. Please escalate this to be repaired ASAP. You cannot drive more than 5 km / hour.

Specific location details: 13th Ave., Northwest along Lions Park from 14th St. all the way to 16a St.
